This site not only allows you to view properties that together we feel will meet your needs, it is so much more! You have the ability to view homes that meet the criteria we initially established. As you review the properties, contact me and let me know if the search is meeting your expectations. If needed, we can modify the search to better suit your needs.

Additionally, this site allows you to mark properties that don’t meet your expectations. By doing this, you help me understand more of what you are not looking for in a home. You can also select properties that you want to see, I can then set up appointments on days that meet your schedule.  I will set up a tour of the homes selected, allowing you more time to review the property, and less confusion of an open house.

Ultimately, it's my responsibility to make the home search a more pleasurable experience; I will act as a mediator, advocate and guide throughout this process.
